Re: DCS A10 'dedicated' server

If all stays as is I'm hoping to be home tonight for some flying around 1900 GMT. I've made a few changes to a mission we've previously flown, so we could do that. I've also started making a training mission which I'd like to test (if I get home in time to do a bit more before putting it on the serv...

Re: So I wanna play with you guys... Now what?

Welcome! Personally I only play DCS A10. I also run a MP server for it. I would highly recommend it to any flight simmer. It is not that difficult to get started and begin to enjoy, but it does take a lot to learn everything. (I haven't by the way!) The Folk A10 sessions have never been hardcore mil...

Re: DCS A10 'dedicated' server

Ok, I got the distinct impression tonight's flight was not a complete success. Possibly because of our inability to avoid SAMs. ;) I will continue to fly as often as I can, but also try to make Mon & Wed a regular slot. (I will be on call next Monday so might not be free) We definitely need some mor...

DCS A10 'dedicated' server

I have been running an A10 server for a while - 'Going Ugly' - which is usually left open. As Folk A10 sessions seem to have fizzled out a bit - or just my attendance at them has - I'm going to propose Monday nights at 1900GMT as a euro fly slot and hope people can attend. If there are any missions ...

Re: Joy2Keys: Using joysticks to mimic keyboard strokes

After some troubles with PTT and Joy2Keys I stumbled across this:

TS3 lets you map a joystick button directly, but for the Warthog the buttons have to be set to a certain position.

Re: Folk Euro Sessions - Time proposal

It was a shame you didn't make it. Just Tiger and me, and we didn't start till around 9 anyway. Don't know why TS didn't work; we were both on.

Hopefully see you next time. I'm planning to try my hand at making a mission so don't miss that!!

I should be free by around 8pm BST, or may be a little later. Hope to see you then.

Re: Operation Saturn

I would love to try a few missions with you across the pond, but for me this is a midnight start time. That's just too late for an old timer like me! :(

Re: Euro based Flights planned for week of 9th May

This is too early for me. And I've just realised I have to watch the Apprentice tonight! Sorry.

Next time I am free I'll post in the Skype chat and hope someone is available to show me the ropes.

Re: Euro based Flights planned for week of 9th May

Will try to join you 11/5 but 2000BST may be a little early for me. If I'm late perhaps just an intro on TeamSpeak and some help getting me set up?

Cheers!
