Having not used A3 apart from a quick graphics test (I've not even played through the showcases) so I have no idea what keys make sense to bind to the Stance controls.
I did have a quick look at Dslyecxi's settings, but even his basic controls are way different from the A2 setup I'm familiar with and I run TrackIR5 too.
What bindings are you comrades using?

Re: Keybindings For A3? How Are People Controlling Stance?
I experimented with Dslyexci's controls a while back and liked them enough that I now use a bastardised form.
Left Ctrl is Teamspeak PTT. CAPS is Group VON (means you can keep channel set to side for marking map and not talk in side by mistake).
UP is direct VON. DOWN is vehicle VON.
Left shift = temporary walk.
2xW = sprint (old habits and all).
Left Alt + WASD = adjust stance (trackIR means you can use this key for other fun stuff).
Left Alt + Q = GPS toggle. Left Alt + E = Inventory. Left Alt + X = Map (my favourite).
Left Alt + R = toggle scope.
Left Alt + G = switch grenade type.
Z = Prone toggle. F = crouch toggle (I have actually used this for crouch in every game since Thief).
V = switch weapon.
X = hold breath (no more going blue in the face while zooming).
W+X = step over.
There are probably a few more but I can't remember.

Re: Keybindings For A3? How Are People Controlling Stance?
I've only changed my helicopter key, inventory, and grenade keys to be more like what in Arma 2. I have my aircraft controls setup like Battlefield (W/S controlling engine, A/D rudder), where I just changed grenade to Left Windows and inventory to... Arma 2 inventory key. Though, I'll have to find a new key come ACE 3.
Re: Keybindings For A3? How Are People Controlling Stance?
Completely standart Arma 3 layout. This however does bumrush me when I attempt to fly the littlebird, or any other helicopter for that matter
I usually dont change any settings in my videogames as I tend to get too used to the standart layout.

Everything standard, but VON is left windows and grenades are 2xG.
VON quality is so nice, that once server issues are dealt with, I hope we'll be using Caps Lock as side channel von, instead of TS.

2xG for grenades is an excellent idea. It probably should have been their default mapping.
Re: Keybindings For A3? How Are People Controlling Stance?
"I" for Grenades; "CTRL-I" to cycle Grenades types. However, I programmed one of my gaming mouse buttons to send "I" when pressed. Also, now that I have the Extended Grenade mod (it ought be standard), proper use of grenades works properly.

Audio:
MouseThumb1 : PTT Teamspeak
MouseThumb2: PTT VON Group
Tab: PTT VON Direct
Keyboard:
CTRL for stances and CTRL + rightlick for scope
W+S - Sprint
C - Combat Walk
F - Fire mode, CTRL + F toggle IR/FlashLight/Headlights
X - Crouch/Stand UP, Z - toggle Prone (accidentally hitting Z while prone won't result in a long get up animation. To get up I get into crouch first and then stand up.)
2 x CTRL - 'Panic Key' (toggle Prone). I nearly always have my pinky on either shift or ctrl so this is a great way to quickly dive into cover.
T - compass, 2xT - toggle compass, CTRL + T - toggle GPS
Shift + R - switch weapon (easy to press when in a hurry)
CTRL + R - toggle weapon raised
Shift + G - switch grenades, CTRL + 2xG - throw grenades (I'm testing this atm and have it bound to one of my keyboard macro keys, I had 2xG to throw before)
B - Inventory
V - NVG, CTRL + V - Binoc
Z - Zero Up, H - Zero Down
OEM 102 (that key between Z and left shift - might be a german keyboard thing?) - hold breath
W + OEM 102 - step over
