I'm using JSRS2.2 + l_ES. TBH I don't know if wouldn't be enough for me, as all I need is direction/distance of enemy fire, and looks like JSRS make my computer lag on grenade-ish missions.
PS. There's one funny bug, that makes pistol fire echo when I'm putting down explosives/mines.

Voted JSRS 2.2 + LES as that's the setup I first used last night.
Very happy with the improved sounds and directionality, but the din sitting in the back of the Ghosthawks was dreadful.
Would try JSRS 3.0 if whitelisted.
