Enhanced flares

After much work here is the scripts for enhanced flares and flare rockets.
Enhanced flares shoot effectively cluster flares that won't drop below 10m in height.
Flare rockets are standard RPG rounds that drop a path of flares, lighting up everything 50m to 500ish meters away in a 75m wide line.
While they can be used independently, the two are triggered from the same spot, so the best way is to remove either the RPG ammo or the flare ammo from the flarePossible array.
