NVA mechanised infantry reclaims Weferlingen train station from NATO occupation.

- Truck destruction counter doesn't work
- Map marker parameter checker is reversed

- Fixed duplication of truck destruction EHs (this might also fix counting not working)
- Fixed map marker parameter being reversed
- Updated radio to doublecheck version
- BLUFOR AI can no longer spawn crowded on the train station platform
