Molos, Altis - IMC vs Militia

Titanfall? In my Arma? It's more likely than you think! Recommended for 8 players at minimum - turn score down if low, or up if Hardpoints are on

v9: played. No major issues but suspicious that the fall damage prevention handler can cause players to be healed if they take fall damage while already injured.

v10:
- PCMLs now spawn preloaded.
- Taking fall damage no longer regenerates health.
- Score HUD is now JIP-safe.
- Adjusted drop effects timing.
- All mags are now tracers where applicable.
- Map Hack markers now update faster.

v11:
- Added Supply Drop burn card, which adds a chance for rocket caches to contain an additional special weapon.
- Hardpoint reset timer increased to 40 seconds from 30.
- Turned off F3 map markers.
- Turned off Molos location marker.
- Added repair kits and engineer traits to player loadouts.
- Walled off the top interior level of the construction site.

v12:
- Fixed hardpoint markers still resetting after 30 seconds.
- Added a player animation for hacking hardpoints.
- Added a parameter to remove the 5th hardpoint.
- Replaced the 30-point drop requirement option with a 3-point option.
- Added a couple of new rocket caches.
- Fixed a pathing problem in the radar building.
- Made the water tank hardpoint structure indestructible.
- Tweaked drop effects timing.
- Swapped the action menu priority of the jump and titan drop actions.
