A solid 15 turned up for the last session before winter.

First mission was a sweep through something like a valley, by the numbers. One fireteam was tasked with overwatch and another fireteam was tasked with clearing out all the enemy. Despite the best efforts of a NATO panther, we cruised through this mission.

Second on the list was an attempted ambush. Our perfectly craft plan was perfectly countered by the enemy remembering to drive through the ambush, allowing the target vehicle to escape. I'm sure some of our attackers made it back to friendly commissars for debriefing after this, but all of my notes are covered in black highlighter. :commissar:

Third on the evening was a search and rescue for a downed helicopter and some CTRG survivors. We found the downed helo, and the CTRG survivors found us, and what followed was a 10 minute long desperate firefight against a CSAT company which was ended sharply by a mortar with direct line of sight. How unfortunate.

Finally, we tried a quick checkpoint raid but got cut down by a mini-gun.

Runlist:
  • Firefight: Factory [Co-op]

  • House Rules E [After Party]
