First up, we took to Livonia raided a police station for some intel and dealt with some secondary objectives nearby. Despite a major blue-on-blue incident, we managed to complete the primary objective and 2/3 secondaries before being whittled down to a single survivor. This single survivor managed to limp out of the AO, under heavy .50 fire, to return the capture intel to Command and tell our story.
Next up, some heavily armoured CSAT Futura tanks rolled across the sands of Sefrou-Ramal to destroy 2 NATO FOBs. Steady progress was made, with late arrivals reinforcing lost (and somehow multiple flipped) tanks, until the first FOB was reached. Only one tank made it out of there alive, and proceeded to thunder-run across the AO to the second AO where it lost in a close-range engagement with a Marshall.
Lastly, special Spectres units were deployed to Sefrou-Ramal to free a classified operative. They successfully disabled the 3 communication towers which should have prevented CSAT from firing their orbital laser as they approached the airbase. CSAT obviously found a workaround, however, as the laser fired anyway and wiped out the operative. Disheartened (to the degree that is possible for a robot), the remaining Spectres were slowly cut down by wave after wave of CSAT.
