Folk ARPS

So a couple of people have expressed an interest in getting together to fly in DCS world.

What I would love to get is a list of people who are A) interested in playing and B) a list of modules those people own. This way we can try and get something together for us to play!

So far we are thinking Wednesday evening may be quite a nice night to play.

So to kick this off, I have A10c, huey, blackshark2, SU25 and flaming cliffs 3.

Post any interests in here and we will see what we can do!

I'm terrible at Shake-shake simul... at Huey, and I do have Black Shark 2, but I don't know this one at all.

I thought I try DCS World, just have the SU-25T, and can barely take off and fly around, so I'm by no means experienced. I would be interested with flying with you though!

I've got Black Shark 2, A10C, HUEY, and Mi8 MTV2.

I'm better at the Ka50 than the others, but even then I'm only at the stage of being proud of trimming a smooth flight and not entering a vortex state. The A10C seems easier to fly but I don't really know the systems. If this is going to be a (semi) regular thing then I'd love to join you, but I just need to brush up on a bit of it first (and I don't want to be the guy with the helicopter if you all have A10s.)

I am certainly interested in flying with you guys.

I own huey, blackshark 2, flaming cliffs su-25 and ac10a.

I mostly flown the huey until now, i can cold start it if necessary and land like a bird on meth (it takes a while but i don't explode).
As long as i don't have to do cold starts in anything else i should be fine.

Do we need the radio orientation stuff?
If yes I have to test again which buttons and nobs are for what.

Also I have to try to use weapons, i didn't really need weapons in the first few campaign missions of the huey campaign.
Is there a easy mode for that?
I kind of fear needing to press 20 buttons before i can use a machine gun.

There are quite a few great tutorials on youtube for all the different modules, so really should check those out! From what I remember the huey weapon system is quite strait forward!

WRT radio orientation if we get allot of interest we can use Headspace's TARS mod to keep mods neat (Think of tars as acre for dcs!)
